For everyone attending summer camp it is important to attend the meeting this Thursday (6/21) to receive information for camp. Doug will review with each scout the classes they wish to attend.

Doug will bring copies of this guide to the meeting Thursday and elaborate on certain sections.
Medical forms are required for all scouts and scouters attending summer camp. The scouts need the “Class 1 and 2″ form. It is good for 3 years and we are looking for copies of old forms that may still be good (no guarantees).
Adult scouters are required to provide a “Class 3″ form and it is good for 1 year only.

Complete all sections and don’t forget the signatures of the licensed healthcare practitioner and parent.

The troop will meet at the church at 11am on July 1 for departure. Car pooling will be arranged at the Thursday (6/21) meeting. Lunch will be provided by the troop at Conowingo dam. The troop will return to the church on July 8 around 1:30pm.
This Thursday is also a Court of Honor. There are a few awards to be presented and light refreshments are provided.
